Returns & Refunds

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or blades as you may damage the garment. We do not cover replacements for garments damaged through opening with scissor or blade punctures.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must remain unused. Tags, Seals & Labels must be in original conditions, And items must also be in the original packaging.

Please see bellow Non-returnable items:

  • Clothing with signs of use
  • Vinyl Records that has been scratched or bended
  • Items with original sealed packaging opened.
  • Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise your return and refund will be rejected.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, We will notify you via E-mail that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Allow your financial institution few days to refresh your balance. Please Note that Banking timeframes are up to your bank, See bellow most common Banking timeframes:

    • 2 to 7 business days for US Credit Cards
    • 5 to 10 business days for US Debit cards
    • 5 to 15 Business Days for International Credit cards
    • International Debit Cards may have extended period of time, Please contact your bank for more information.

    Exchanges

    We accept returns on items that are defective due to our own error or manufacturing glitches, but not for exchange of size/colours or for change of mind.

    Vinyl Records, USB Drives or Accessories. may be Exchanged for the same items unless discontinued. If the item returned is discontinued; will be applied as a credit toward further purchase. You will receive the value of the item discontinued as promo code via E-Mail. Please note that such promo code has an expiration date and must be applied in our shop toward any other item before.

    Due to return shipping cost and to avoid damages on the return trip, along with a couple of quality control reasons.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    For your convenience, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
